La différence de climat entre la France et le Québec est le taux d'humidité plus que la température.
Au Québec (à Québec) le ciel est bleu 320 jours par an, dans le nord de la France nous avons 30 jours de ciel bleu.
Donc habille-toi quand même, plus tu vas au nord plus tu auras froid.

Dans le sud, je fais des barbecues à Noël et il fait bien souvent plus de 20c au soleil.

Our friends were in Nice area last year in January for 2 weeks, and found it to be very very pleasant. No crowds! I'm not sure if they had a barbeque though.

French or pseudo French having a BBQ? Must be a new thing -when I lived for spells several years ago in Saran, France - in a big neighborhood = I never ever smelt or saw a BBQ

How do you barbie Foie Gras?

You dont'barbie foie gras, but you barbie and smoke beef and chicken and duck and goose and sausages and salmon and other fish on the grill and sometimes in the smoker.
