What an amazing post! I just learned that Dan and Tony are male and that Ursula, Sheila, and Elsa are female. Isn't is amazing what you can learn here?<BR>Could someone tell me the point of this post? Should we also do a survey to find out what color of hair everyone has?

The purpose of this was :<BR>First: There are some studies, that show that women spend more time on the web, and this can be interesting if you have a web site, or is doing some e-business.<BR>Second :The OP was posted in a early european hour, and the first answers are from europeans, and the second group mostly Americans. I wanted to test how Europeans and Americans respond to simple things, and the conclusions are very interesting.<BR>Once again thank you for your help.<BR>By the way...I'm in Europe.<BR><BR>

What strange conclusions you have drawn from this "survey". My conclusion would simply be that women are more likely to answer stupid posts like this one than men.

The reason more women are on the web is because the men are watching ballgames.

Barzelletta, didn't you read the reply? The orginal poster came back to indicate that this survey agreed with the theory that most people on the web were women. That's the conclusion I was referring to, which is clearly a stupid conclusion.

The conclusion was (and if you hang out on this forum for a while, you understand what I'm saying), that when facing a simple questions so simple as : Gender ? in the "european hours" you get simple valid answers, while on "America" hours, most are stupid answers, like this "California has 16 gender codes. There's no evidence that the earliest posters were from Europe...... Conclusion could also be drawn that more females are on the net lat night/early morning......

I replied almost 3 hours after the first post, so not sure if I'm considered European or American.<BR>I can assure you, I'm a very, very long away from the America's and even further away from Europe.<BR>All this survey suggests, is that a number of us, have nothing else better to do, at the moment. And we like checking out travel boards and I'll now go and do something more useful. ciao
