Indulge me, please, with a specific search!

I am frustrated with the search function here, at least intermittently. I did a search for Hotel Muguet and was unable to click on any of the results without getting the message "this poses a security risk--do you want to open the file or save it to disk?" And when I clicked "open it" I was unable to do so anyway.

Would someone else try and see what happens? Please search for "Hotel Muguet" (not in quotes) so we have more or a controlled experiment.

Thanks!

Liz

Sorry for the duplicate post--I am not sure how it happened! Another cybermystery.

Liz

They've been working on this site all weekend. Search funtion is in and out. Sometimes you can get nothing. other times its great. Just try to be patient and try again later. Hopefully it will all be worked out soon and for the better.

Seems to be working

Pablo Jun 24th, 2001 10:56 AM

Gerry is right. They have been working on it. Sheila is right too as it seems to be working now :)

I think the problem occured when you had spaces in the search because that is when it happened to me.

Thanks, ACa! No, I don't need more. The odd thing is it worked fine when I just used the word Muguet, w/o Hotel, and the same thing happened with Casci vs Hotel Casci. I'll check out the "space" issue, as Pablo suggested.

Liz
