Indian batch of Astra Zeneca in UK

Have any UK citizens travelled to Italy in the last week ie since 31st August who were double vaccinated in the UK with Astra Zeneca but one doze was one of the Indian made batches. My NHS pass says vaxzevria but the batch number indicates its manufactured in India. Are you being accepted as being double vaccinated so don't have to quarantine?
I am due to fly in the next two weeks so looking for confirmation from anyone who has travelled as have conflicting information so far.

It doesn't matter where the factory was. No one cares.

Not recognised

Unfortunately Italians embassy have just confirmed it does matter.
I will need to quarantine for five days as Italy does not recognise me as being fully vaccinated.
Even if the UK give the booster vaccination they may also not recognise that as replacing the first vaccination.

My trip is being cancelled :-(
