In France, French Summer Camps For Kids

Hi,

I want to know if anyone knows something about french summer camps in France which includes french lessons, sport activities and city excursions. Cause I think to go to France next year and may be I will register for a language school to improve my french level. I found some schools such as Ecole des Roches, Azurlingua, Cavilam, Accord Saint Nicolas and Centre Mediterranéen d'Etudes Français (CMEF Monaco) ... The price is € 3.310 for 3 weeks for Ecole des Roches on their site but on some agent's site is € 3.480 (source: www.fransadayaz.com/okullar/ecole-des-roches

So, I will be glad if I can hear your suggestions and/or experiences..

mollymeister, you don't say how old you are or where you are coming from. [but from the link you provided, I'm guessing Turkey, so you'll need to add on travel costs as well of course].

I found this link for the same place, this time in english:

http://www.ecoledesroches.com/uk/ind...ourses.htmland the price I saw for 3 weeks was €3480 - but even €3310 is quite a lot for 3 weeks.

here's another company which at €780/week is substantially cheaper:

I suggest that you do a bit more research.

Hi annhig,
You're right; I totally forgot to telling about me :)
I am going to a Private French High School (Saint Benoit) in Istanbul and I'm 16.

I checked again the link, which you already provided, the price is € 3.480 just like on the agency's website. Probably a price update.

Anyway, 3 of my friends went to Ecole des Roches via this agent this summer (on July), that's why I'm looking for this program. But it's a little expensive for my family. I didn't know the school you mentioned: cia-france. It looks fine, I called the agency about the school and they told me that the school already in their portfolio but didn't upload the informations on web yet. Me and my mother will go to agency this Saturday to learn more details about the camp (Cause there may be an early registration discount, this is pretty popular in Turkey). Besides, I want to go for 2 weeks, that means € 1560 for the total price which is half price of the Ecole des Roches (this school doesn't have 2 weeks).

Thank you for your helpfull suggestion :)

Have a nice day :)

Hi Molly,

how interesting that you attend a french high-school in Turkey - your english is excellent so it must be a good school. And what a good idea to go to France for a couple of weeks too - very enterprising.

I'm glad that my suggestion has helped and I hope that you find what you want there or somewhere else.

do come back and tell us how you get on!

Hi Molly, no personal experience but I've heard that Crealangues do good camps for kids in the Provence in summer.
