In Europe for june-aug -HELP!
 

I will be in Europe for 2 months this summer. I know I will be in France in the Loire valley for 3 weeks, but any recommendations for the rest of my time? Thank you!

This is not intended to be flippant nor sarcastic - - but how might it be that what I would choose for me is what you would choose for you? Five weeks with a blank canvas? I would head east, and see if I can get all the way to Moscow in two weeks - - spend a week in Russia, then head back.<BR><BR>But this isn't the answer you want, is it?<BR><BR>Tell us what you really want.<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR><BR>Rex<BR><BR>

If you know you're going to be in the Loire Valley for 3 weeks but have 2 months total, how is it that you haven't devoted any time at all to planning the rest of the 5 weeks? What is it that you want people to suggest? countries? Cities? Rural areas? What are your interests? What is your budget? I would guess you're young and on a tight budget, but that's only because your question is so naive. Do you really want complete strangers to map out a 5-week itinerary for you in a continent with about 30 different countries? What if I say "Go to Greece and Turkey the minute you leave the Loire!" Will you do that? I think you have to have at least some input into your own trip and let on what your preferences are before any intelligent person can help you.
