We are traveling in Spain from California in September and in the process of finalizing our itinerary . We plan to spend time in Mallorca as well as the Basque region and pyrenees. We are wondering if it is wise to book or flight from Mallorca to Bilbao once we are in Spain rather than in the states. Has any one experience with this option being a better option for flexibility and fees?

Those sort of flights tend to be cheapest booked well in advance.

Book these flights before you leave the US. The price will only go up as you h your departure date.
