Imerovigli, Santorini -Centrality to Sites- Rocca Bay Apartments
 

Has anyone stayed in the Imerovigli area in Santorinin? Is this area central to all the main attractions in the island?<BR><BR>Also, I'm considering staying in the Rocca Bay apartments? Any input on this place?<BR><BR>Thanks in advance!

Yes, we've stayed there at the Astra<BR>Apartments. Don't know the Rocca Bay<BR>Apts. but most places have a spectacular<BR>view of the caldera.<BR><BR>You need a car for the island; Imerovigli is outside of the main part<BR>of the town - a lovely cliffside walk<BR>takes you into Fira - but you would <BR>want to rent a car to get around the<BR>island. Well worth it - a beautiful<BR>place even filled with tourists!
