Il Pincio En Suite Rooms - Rome - Any reviews?
Hi All.. i will be landing in Rome on the 17th Nov Afternoon and will be in the city till 20th November late evening before i depart for Pisa.
I have found this Il Pincio En Suite Rooms on Booking.com . They are offering 20m2 room for two for price of 156 Euros for 3 night stay.

Its a 200 meter walk to Flaminio Metro station.. Any one has any reviews of this property as i cant find any online.
Also considering the price is the neighborhood good to stay?

If you're looking for some place central, this is not. It's near a metro stop, but there's not much you can walk to. Other than that the neighborhood is all right. It's a neighborhood with relatively modern apartment blocks and shops. (I would guess early 20th century.)
The price is excellent. I just checked if they would have a vacancy for one night in January, and the price was quite a bit higher than what you've found.
