iDTGV Refund Help

Hello friends...unfortunately I have to cancel my trip from Paris to Avignon. I am planning to rebook next year. We have roundtrip train tickets with iDTGV and I was wondering if you could tell me if they are refundable? It looks like I might be able to exchange them but we are not planning to go until next summer. Does anyone know if they have a phone number that I can call with english speaking assistance? I didn't see anything on the website but honestly I am so frazzled about having to cancel this entire trip (family illness unfortunately) that I may not be seeing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it depends on the ticket you bought - for example PREMs are non-refundable. Do you know what type you bought?

There is a process for iDTGV refunds made before the travel date but I know of no English language assistance. The online refund form is here:

http://aide.voyages-sncf.com/contact...otre%20message

1. In the first pull down window select Réclamation avant voyage

2. In the second window select Voyage en iDTGV

3. Under Suject de votre message select Modification de commande
(échange / annulation)

4. Under Votre Command fill in your email address and your ticket reservation number.

5. Under Votre message fill in something like demande de remboursement

6. Under Vos coordonnées fill in your last name, first, and full telephone number (1+area code+local exchange)

7. When finsihed, click Envoyer

That should do it.

Unfortunately iDTGV tickets are non-refundable, according to the information on the iDTGV site:

Thank you all. I do have travel insurance so I should be okay. Just thought I might be able to exchange them for a later date but my new date will be so far off in the future that I can't....but thanks so much for the help.
