I usually carry the one I have from 2005, just the page with important information. They haven't changed in years. Seems like they are a throwback in technology ("as time progresses, society tends to figure out better ways to do things"), something from before the time of mobile phones, Apple and generally everything else that has transpired the last 50 years.

Wow -- backup glasses. That seems over the top. What if you have another driver in the car? Isn't that sufficient risk mitigation?

If the other driver chatters as much as many some I could name that is a major risk factor. As bad as trying to text or talk on a cell phone.

Can you think of a simpler & cheaper way of doing it? Just because something is old doesn't mean it isn't the best solution
