Iamsterdam card

Hi,
I was wondering if the IAmsterdam card can be used for the same museum more than once? and if you still have to book ahead for that day, and if you get to skip lines. Alsothe little info i initilly found said you had the ?chance/ to do a canal tour. Why a chance? are they all booked up ahead of time? Any information pro or con would be appreciated. Thank you.

Also, say you buy a 3 day ticket now, to start on July first. Then on June 15th , you book one of the museums for July second. The time on the 3 day ticket does not start until you are actuallyl in Amersterdam and use it in person.... correct?--=not the day you arrange for your museum ticket. Thanks....

No, see: https://www.iamsterdam.com/en/i-am/i...es-it-work/faq
If you want to visit several museums and some of them even more than once, you might want to look into the Museumkaart (60 euros, free admission to most museums in NL, you will first receive a temporary card which is valid for a month, after registration you'll receive a card that is valid for a year)

Only the van Gogh Museum requires a booking: https://www.vangoghmuseum.nl/en/plan...s-and-webstore

No need to book. You can use the iAmsterdam card at several canal tour companies: https://www.iamsterdam.com/en/i-am/i...e-canal-cruise

Correct, but booking would only be necessary for the van Gogh Museum
