Could you mean the town of Ogeu-les-bains? It is in the south, just west of Lourdes, near the town of Oloron-Ste.Marie. It is very near the Pyrenees.<BR>Dan has a point. If you posted Ogen Le Bans in your post title, then anyone who recognized that name would be a lot more likely to look at your question and give an answer.
