i really need your help picking a sorrento hotel!!!

i have been doing a ton of research on sorrento hotels and have asked twice here for opinions and help in deciding. i am driving myself crazy because i cant decide.
i would like to pay under 140 euro and have a seaview.
these are my choices-- il settimo cielo(via capo),villa oriana b+b, hotel bristol(sent a request waiting to hear how much), la minervetta, zi teresa(via corso). i like hotel johanna park, the price and the rooms however, it is on nastro verde which i found out is about 5km from the center. so, what do you think?? alot of the favourites are out because of price or availability.
i am also trying to find hotel desiree, did the search but the sites do not tell me anything. please help!!

As far as I can remember Desiree, Minerveta settimo cielo are all along the same stretch of road with great views. They are all about as budget as you are going to get with those views.
I have stayed at Minervetta and it is a small room, but clean, french door/window, nice breakfast. There are two floors of rooms beneath the road level dining area. There are steps to the Marina Grande below the cliffs.

Dear ang:

Check if Johanna has a free shuttle service. We stayed last fall at the Il Nido up the Nastro Verde. They had a shuttle to and from Sorrento. Just don't stress. Pick something then be at peace with your choice. Relax and get ready for the rest of the trip.

Good luck,
Michelle

thanks michelle-- they do have a shuttle- i was just thinking that after i check in, i wanted to take a bus or taxi ride along the coast and i didnt know how often the shuttle ran into town. il nido sent me info and was very thouourgh(sp?) in explaining all their amenities.

Dear ang:

One more thing: Via Corso is in the main downtown area, it may be noisy and congested, unless you want to be in the thick of it. I would choose something on the via capo, with a view(if it is in your budget)or something on the Nastro Verde. Good luck.
