I need to kow
I have booked a room for two nights at Orchard Hotel in London on Sussex Gardens and after the fact realized no cancelation without big fee. Has anyone ever heard of this place?
Nice website http://www.orchardhotel.co.uk/
but that part is easy to make nice.
I was in a hurry and thought I could cancel if I wanted to...

I need to kow, too, but I need instructions. I've heard it's easy, but I need specifics. Any help out there? Is it like kow-towing? And what's the difference between the kow and the tow?

cd -- the site specifically states that you can get a refund if you cancel 7 days prior to arrival:

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to reserve a room a deposit is required of one nights' stay.

If the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival there is NO CHARGE

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival 1 night will be charged

I recommend you contact them if you need to cancel.

I don't know specifically about the Orchard, but I stayed at the Dolphin on Susses Gardens in April and the area is fairly convenient to the tube. It is a bit noisy at times -- it must be right on top of the train or tube lines. I would stay in that area again -- post again if you do stay at the Orchard. I'd be interested in how it is. (I paid 50 GBP for a single at the Dolphin -- I see a single is 35 GBP at the Orchard.)

xxx, actually you only need to KOW if you stay in the Susses Gardens area...if you stay in the SUSSEX Gardens area then you have to know. So, go off and kow tow you know.

Just what is your question, cd? What difference does it make if anyone's heard of this place or not?
