Thanks Cholmondley - When the word 'cart' arose it threw me for a second. Now I see it is the same huge awful stinking thing that has 6 or more blokes hanging off it as it ravels down our roads picking up our bin bags.
We are obliged to put our dustbins/binbags out first thing just incase the lorry is on time - well, going on mid morning, maybe mid afternoon or even sometimes in the dark of night the monster arrives to gobble it all up! It's a fact - African time is anytime!
