I didn't save that address - hotels, please help.
Several weeks ago I was researching hotels in Rome and Paris through a discount site similar to hotels.com. I didn't save the address or write it down even and now I can't remember the site. Does anyone out there know of such a site? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your helpful replies. I finally found one of those great sticky notes with abahotels.com written on it...I think that was the site I was looking at. Have any of you reserved a room through this site?
I have read through many of the postings concerning rooms in both Rome and Paris...so many good ideas I know it will be dificult to make a final choice.
We are looking for something with a nice location...close to metro stops. And we prefer those charming smaller hotels. My husband really like to come home to a great room at the end of the day.
thanks again for you help

My wife and I booked a hotel through Hotelclub.com and received a confirmation on arrival at the hotel late on Saturday night, we found it closed for renovations and has been since September 2006. How could they get a confirmation from a Hotel that had been closed for 4 months. We tried phoning the numbers on the confirmation voucher in Madrid & Australia only an answer phone saying go to their web site for emergency information. Great if you do not access to the www, in a country that hardy speaks any English, late on a Saturday night. They should have a free phone number, for when things go wrong. When I contacted them during normal working hours in Australia they blamed the agent in Madrid…Fairview Travel.com, this may be correct as the two booking that we had trouble with were both through Fairview Travel via Hotel Club.
