I cannot tell the players without a scorecard !
 

I must apologize in advance, perhaps I am getting senile, but it really bugs me not to know some of the players. Since registration it is easy to identify some of the regulars I have come to admire such as Elaine, Maribel, Betsy, Bookchick, Howard,Wayne, Rex, Olga, Alice Twain, St.Cirq and many others I am forgetting. However, I must have missed the memo about the true identity of many of the creative new names. So, please help me to put a name I know to these frequent and knowledgable posters:

I'm not sure you are supposed to know, but as I recall, unoh-busted has been posting under that name for eons--long before registration. I think Ira and RufusTFirefly also were using those names. I think Ira is a guy named Ira =D>

I care if people who have a commercial interest offer advice that points people toward their own business.

There are other ways to advertise.

This is supposed to be a game for amateurs.

Those who pose as travelers asking for advice and pushing their own intersts are a different matter entirely.

A) Bob doesn't advertise anything. Never did to my knowledge.

B) His list is the only one I've ever made! I'm so thrilled!

C) I've never met Bob, but I'm willing to bet he's as cute as a bug's ear. I happen to know he's married to a lady named Susan, so I will resist the urge to smooch him if we ever do meet.

Thanks Kathy for setting posters straight. Someone started that rumour at about the same time a wordy woman poster accused me of advertising for my favorite hotel and also being an agent for St Cirq whom I never met nor knew on line at that time. People can take strange turns when on line and when they make up these things or insinuations, they seem to stick.
