Hyatt Regency London

Anybody stayed here recently? We are due to stay there in two weeks (free on Hyatt points) and I've seen mixed reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm wondering most about the pros and cons of the locations and the rooms. Have been to London before and stayed at hotels including the Radisson Edwardian Berkshire and the St. James. Thanks for any input!

We stayed here for a night on Hyatt points last February and once two years before for a week. The rooms are very nice and large but I do not care for the tube stop as you have to change lines quite a bit to get to most tourist attractions.
However, there is shopping close by.
All that said, the Hyatt is a very nice, centrally located, and quite hotel in the heart of Mayfair.
Not a bad choice, especially for a free stay!

I meant to say a "quiet hotel". That's what happens when you don't preview your reply.
