Hurtigruten coastal ferry service in 1978

Dear all,

I'm an amateur writer and for a novel I'm working on I'm looking for information on the Hurtigruten Coastal Ferry Service for the year 1978.
Thus, I'm wondering if you could tell me more about that service or point me to some sort of website or blog with intel related to it.
In fact, I'm looking for the names of the ships that have crisscrossed this route, their passenger capacity, the type of cabins and services on board and the different prices charged.

Hoping to catch your attention, I wish you the best,

Michael

Michael

I have used them but only in the last few years.

They appear to be fiercely proud of their heritage, I’m sure if you contact them directly they would love to help.

You might want to search for Hurtigruten Minutt for Minutt on YT. There's https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...8ECbGSMWGR6B-G. If you autoplay the entire list, you sail from Bergen to Kirkenes, but in 2011. During the broadcast there are a few documentaries about Hurtigruten in olden times. Here's one about Hurtigruten in the 1950s/60s:

This too is in a playlist you can just keep going. I know there's something from the early 80s too, I think near Hammerfest.
