Hurling match in Ireland end May, early June

How do we find out if there are any games while we are in ireland? We've consulted many sitres and even contacted the GAA, but the web sites are inconclusive as to who's playing when and where. ugh. any ideas??

I just looked at the GAA website and it seems pretty clear to me. They are in the play-offs so the dates are chosen but who is playing and where will depend on who wins the preliminary rounds. But we know, for example that semi-finals of the Leinster draw will take place on June 9 at Thurles and that one semi-final of the Munster draw will take place on May 26 at Thurles and the other on June 2 at either Thurles or Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Shanna and your point is?? You may want to look at http://www.gaa.ie to find out what the game is really about, funny how some words have more than one meaning!! To add to what ron has said definite dates will be announced closer to the time, keep checking the GAA site. There should be plenty of local games as well, check local press when you get here.

Shanna, the women's version of hurling is camogie - you should give it a try!
