Hungarian customs

Has anyone bought anything in Budapest over 50 years old and filled out a form from a museum to clear customs? Was it easy and did you have any trouble at customs?

No, I haven't, so I'm speaking from total ignorance here. But recently I bought some antique jewelry on Ebay from a Belgian jeweler. I received a certificate showing it was from the 1890's and the cover letter explained that there might be customs duty due on an item less than 100 years old, but if more than 100 the certificate should suffice if customs contacted me. The point of this story is that maybe the cut-off is 100 years, not 50 years, for US customs purposes.
