How to take train from Munich airport to Innsbruck HBf?

First of all is MUC the main/best airport in Munich? In fact, even before that, I really want to get to Innsbruck, is MUC then train the most economical way?? I went to bahn.de but they have a lot of jargon even on the english language site, for example, they think everyone knows what ICE is, but when I searched on their site for it, it had 0 findings, and it's not on the FAQ and there is no glossary. Also, there seems to be a E19 train and then the next price is ~E44 for 2nd class, it seems a big gap...

You would want to fly to Innsbruck-Kranebitten (INN) airport not to Munich. Yes, MUC is THE Munich airport. A train ticket would be about 32€ to 36€ one way. If it's cheaper, it's a special offer.

It depends on where you come from. If you get a cheaper flight direct to Innsbruck, then do it. Otherwise, Munich is the next major airport.

Well, those who don't can just click on the "ICE" sign.

Go to an airport site - they don't explain to you what "security" means, or "check-in", or what is a "gate". You can't explain everything. But there is actually a reasonable overview of train types on bahn.de, just click on the train symbol.

The one is a cheap discounted ticket whcih locks you into a certain connection, the other is the full (flexible) price.
If you have an hour more you can take the route via Garmisch, which is slower but more scenic and also significantly cheaper.

If you

And INN is really close to the city. The road is going parallel to the runway with only a few meters in between. I always wonder how those planes manage to gain altitude so quickly. How do you manage not to crash into that mountain? Obviously they don't have a problem. Fascinating nevertheless.

I understand and appreciate the idea of "teaching someone to fish" but I clicked on ICE and either it didn't respond or in some cases took me back to the home page. Does it mean InterCityExpress?

Flying into MUC [Munchen] saves hundreds compared to flying into INN itself, so I am willing to work at taking the train, to save that much Geld!! Is the train easy to find from MUC airport?

If you find the train too complicated, there is also the direct Airport Bus from MUC to Innsbruck:
