The Comedie Francaise appears to have tickets for some productions at 11 euros. http://www.comedie-francaise.fr/dev/index.php

For a truly "French" meal, a baguette and some cheese is all you need, with a bottle of wine to wash it down. "Traditional" baguettes cost no more than 1€, the cheese for one or two can be had for less than 5€, and the wine for less than 10€. Pick them up in a market (Franprix, Monoprix, Ed, G20, etc., or a patisserie; they're in practically every block) and eat them in a nearby park.
Or grab a crépe from a stand for 3-4€ and dine while strolling around. Stop at a café for a coffee, and sit and watch the world go by.
THAT's Parisian dining -- for the majority of us, anyway.
