Hey Hagan, when I was in Paris I kept my mouth shut and instead, pointed! Worked like a charm every time! There's nothing magical or special about my fingers. I'm sure your's will perform as well.

No, I didn't care for it either. My first experience was from a street vendor in Paris. It resembled a hockey puck. I did order it in Beaune at a regular sit down restaurant, and it was much better. However, I'm not convinced it was worth the calories!
