How to make reservations for Uffizi Gallery?
 

Hi,

I'll be in Florence in 2 weeks and was wondering if i should make reservations for the Uffizi Gallery now.. If so, how do I go about?

Any suggestions welcome!

I went a few years ago, and got up really early in the morning.

Upon hearing that, our hotel staff told me they would have made reservations. Perhaps yours would, but I would email or call ASAP.

Call the Uffizi directly 011-39-055-294-883 (English speaking operator).

I did this and it was no problem. I was given a reservation code. There was no charge now to make it, but as I understand it, there will be a 3Euro charge added to each admission ticket when I purchase them at the Uffizi next week.

I made reservations both times I went to Italy. If I recall there is one number where you can reserve both the Uffizi and the Accademia (David). It is really worth it- as the previous poster suggests- just get up early and call.
