how to get from rome terminal B to C

Hi there,I am doing some detailed planning on the transport part of our holiday.

I have been to rome before, but dont recall having to change terminals. I hope this doesnt seem too mundane a question but what is involved in going from terminal B to C? Is there a conveyor or a bus or train?
I have 1hr 45min between flights (it sounds like a lot of time but both my flights are Alitalia) thanks

Here is a map Chevey.

All terminals are housed in one building, so you can walk ost of the way. If you are coming in/leaving from non-Schlegan countries ()e.g. LHR), you may have to take the schuttle train (every 2 minutes; takes only 1-2 minutes) to/from the main building to/from the satellite gates (gates B21-30 approx.).

Its not a very large airport and fairly easy to navigate through.

I haven't the maps at hand, but I do know that the easiest way -- with the least escalators, stairs and other hindrances -- to get from one terminal to another is to exit your terminal of arrival and take the outside -- perfectly level -- sidewalk to the terminal of your departure.

P.S. And walk! It will take an awful lot less time than taking the so-called shuttle that shows up every 15 minutes, if it shows up at all...

5 minute walk--outside is best.
