How to get from MXP to Milano Centrale Station
 

We're looking at taking the train from Zurich to Milan and then flying out of MXP to ATH but are wondering how to get from the train station to the airport, which looks to be 50km...any suggestions?

There is a shuttle bus from that goes directly from MXP to Milano Centrale station.

(The Malpensa Express train goes to a different train station in Milan and so is not the best choice.)

Generally from Milan Central station the best way to Malpensa is by bus unless you are travelling late afternoon when the commuter traffic is leaving Milan. Details here - http://www.sea-aeroportimilano.it/en...=come_arrivare

If you do hit rush hour then it would be best to take a taxi or metro to Milano Stazione Cadorna where you catch the Malpensa Express.

Trenitalia will be introducing a direct train from Milan Centrale to Malpensa but the date has not yet been announced.
