How to get from Krasnopolsy in Amsterdam to Bildberg Residence - Vinkeveen
 

We are meeting our Italian friends for lunch and have no idea where this place is located and how to get there from Krasnopolsky where we are staying. Hope someone will be able to help. Thanks

There should be a bus to Vinkeveen (a village about 15 km South of Central Amsterdam), but it will be a rather long and complicated journey. A car or taxi would be easiest: about 20 minutes in light traffic. Taxi should be (estimate) about 75 guilders. (34 euro, 31 USD)

Of course Sjoerd is right but since I'm a mass transit lover I just had to check www.9292ov.nl List any 2 addresses in the Nederlands and this site will reccommend the way to get there by mass transit. When the page loads click reisadvies and then klik hier. Input your 2 addresses: plaats=city, straat=street, datum en tijd=date and time. Entering Amsterdam Centraal and the hotel's address up pops 3 mass transit ways. The best is a 33 minute train ride to Utrecht, a 10 minute walk to busstation streek (i), bus 140 to Vinkeveen, getting off at Groenlandsekade and a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Total time 68 minutes. Estimated cost 17 NLG. There's other ways that involve a metro trip to far SE Amsterdam and busses to Vinkeveen but involve more walking although they're less costly. Like I said- of course Sjoerd is right.
