Given the distance involved, I would suggest to fly (you need to connect in Milan or Rome). You could also take the overnight ferry to Genoa (Grandi Navi Veloci), and then the train to Naples, although this is a long trip! www.gnv.it (Ferry)
www.trenitalia.com (Train)

you can fly to Rome for $100-$120 through Virgin-Express...I'm doing the opposite for $105...it goes through Brussels though.

Try www.europebyair.com - - only cheap Barcelona-Italy route - - the last time I looked was BCN-VCE - - but routes come and go all the time there. Virgin Express used to fly Rome non-stop from Madrid and BCN both - - maybe they'll bring that back.

Best wishes,

Rex
