How to get cheap ticket from Rome to Frankfort ??
A friend who is going to Rome today needs a one way flight to Frankfort. Any quick help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

go a google search under "discount european airline" and you'll get several options. However, with a one way ticket, he/she may find that the overnight train is a better value.

Both Germanwings and Hapag Lloyd Express (hlx.com) fly from Rome to Cologne/Bonn and Duesseldorf (about a 2and a half hour train trip to Frankfurt).
Ryanair flies Rome - to Frankfurt Hahn which is 124 km from the city (connecting busses).
Perhaps your friend finds a good deal with one of those carriers?

fly Fiumicino-Frankfurt.
