Is that you, Pier Carlo???

venetian boy Aug 17th, 2002 11:17 PM

no....it's not me....anyone knows the reply to my request?

Leslie Aug 17th, 2002 11:22 PM

If you have a web site, all you need to do is embed a hyperlink that someone can click on to get to either this forum or Fodor's home page.

Do good work and your clients will recommend you. But it is clear taht the work you do is garbage

venetian boy Aug 30th, 2002 07:26 AM

i think that is forbidden to put my link....i read it on the faq...

Curious Aug 30th, 2002 08:16 AM

Why don't you just post your link anyway? People do it all the time. The worst that will happen is people will slam you for doing it, but it will already be out there for all to see.

I hope you can ignore some of the rude comments made. Obviously venetian boy 's first language isn't english but at least he's trying , which is more than some do when traveling.

There is no way for you to get your link onto the site , unless you pay Fodor's to run it as an ad , perhaps.

I'd follow the above advice ..just post it ..people can ignore it or use it. But be cautioned , some people will jump all over you.

A certain person answers many questions on London and he always gives his web site address as part of his signature.

So maybe you could respond to question that you have the answers for and do it that way

I think the question is how to put a link to Fodors on HIS site.

Read it again.."but how can I add to fodors, my site"

Christina Aug 30th, 2002 08:55 AM

I don't think you can without paying Fodors ad revenue, if I understand the question. However, I believe you can do something on www.frommers.com if you want, I think they allow ads over there (although there is not the audience).
