Less is more.
|
More or less.
|
More than last time but less than next.
|
Much too much.
|
A little less would be more than enough.

Please be more specific. Do you mean: How: in what way, to what degree, by what method, in what manner, according to what specifications, from what source, by whose help, whence, wherewith, by virtue of what, whereby, through what agency or by what means? Much: important, weighty, notable, considerable, prominent, memorable, momentous, stirring, eventful, serious, urgent, pressing, critical, paramount, principal, leading, significant, telling, first-rate, in the front rank, in great quantity, full, many, very many, adequate, abundant, satisfying, enough, sufficient, considerable, substantial, ample, everywhere, copious, voluminous, plentiful, profuse, complete, lavish, generous, immerasurable, endless, countless, extravagant, hell of a lot, all over the place, and no end. Those of us who are regular contributors can only help you if you help yourself. No offense intended and with all due respect, the more information you offer the better we can waste your time with our own version of the truth. |
Yeah, what he said........

Much more!

As my daddy used to say, "six of one, half a dozen of the other".

Ideally....more than I can spend!

Robespierre,
MEGATONS! Yeah, now you are speaking my language. Nobody speaks in Megatons any more, thank God! By the way, 28.3 is a REALLY big one, as those things go. :-) |
That's the punchline from a duck 'n' cover-era joke.
The Civil Defense council held a public meeting to air issues that concerned citizens might have about nuclear warfare. There were Air Force generals, and statesmen, and scientists on the panel, and each in turn spoke on the topic of his or her speciality. A nuclear scientist was discussing how large "devices" needed to be to produce certain blast effects, and a member of the audience asked how big one would have to be to vaporize New York. So the scientists got out their slide rules and calculated for twenty or thirty seconds and their spokesman said, "Somewhere between eight and nine megatons." "So how about Los Angeles?" "Well, that's much more spread out, plus you have the factor of the mountains..." and they put their heads together for another computation. "Something on the order of fourteen to sixteen megatons" was the reply. "Thank you. How about, say, Moscow?" Without hesitation, the Air Force general stood up and said... |
Without hesitation, the Air Force general stood up and said...
"Idaho or Russia?" |
Moscow, Idaho? A medium-sized IED would probably handle it.

And the winner is....
Brotherleelove, for his typical-of-a-real-regular-information-giving first response. You will receive a pie-in-the-face for your efforts. Second runner-up will be divided between those that rode the nuclear bomb to the ground. You have your reward. I have nothing to offer the rest of us. SV =P~ |
