Hi Sherry. So you want to join us with our research, eh? I'm beginning to think a government grant may be the way to go. After all, considering the number of expensive pork-barrel projects the U.S. government funds every year, what's another few thousand dollars for a study to see how many trips to France it takes for people to get sick of it? As I noted earlier, I think this would be very important information for the U.S. traveling public to know. :~)

John, that's a very interesting thought...but would you really want to fly all the way to France for a meeting with your boss? :~)

While it is fortunate to find a place that evocates special feelings again and again, it is also true that there is not one such place, but many. Who knows what you might be missing out....

Capo= now that we are all getting a tax cut, they may make us pay for part of it ourselves, but it's worth a try! I'm sure there are lots of other projects that they could bypass to let us do this important research. who needs enviromental studies, educational assessments, when there are several ready and willing people ready to make the great sacrifice !! I will pay for my own silk underwear at Bon Marche and give a clear and accurate report!

We are there in October ..17-21 ,,then off to Loire for 3 days, 3 days in picardie, then off to London for a week. Back again in March..unless I can find a better fare, then sooner. I have a hankering to see Brittany so am working on the husband in feminine ,subtle ways !!!! Only after a few days in Paris though!

For some, one trip is more than enough. However, after three trips, I still haven't seen enough of the Loire
