am traveling to prague in nov to pick up cruise on the danube would like info on how many days to spend in prague to fully see the city

I'd say 3 or 4 is enough to see the tourist sites and "hang out" some.

3 nights is minimum, 4 is better. There is a huge amount to see - including a bunch of fantastic music venues of all types.

I think 3 or 4 (as an intro to the city) should work. I could spend years there and never exhaust all the things to see & do, but the typical highlights take 3 -4 days.

Rex - the tags became visible a couple of weeks ago and I don't believe they can be edited by posters (perhaps by editors but I'm not sure). I guess the OP thought Prague was in Slovakia and clicked on that country when creating the thread.

I find the tags to be only slightly helpful. In this case not at all helpful.
