How long is the train ride from Madrid to Bilbao?

Dep Madrid Atocha Cercanias (local train station south of centre) 15.19, Madrid Chamartin (main station north of centre) 15.50, arr Bilbao 21.25. 2nd class (turista) 28 euros, 1st (preferente) 37.<BR><BR>Night train dep Madrid Chamartin 22.45, arr Bilbao 7.30. 36 euros + bed (49.50 in a 2-berth compartment, 72.50 in a single).<BR><BR>www.renfe.es is easy to use. Click on English and Timetables and prices, select your stations. Didn´t check the buses, but you may try www.alsa.es.

Jade, the best idea will be to follow Cristina recommmendation, and get the bus. They are fast, clean and cheap.<BR><BR>Rgds
