How long does it take to get to Torre Dell'Orso from Otranto?
 

Hi everyone,

So we have decided to stay near Torre dell'Orso for 4 days at the end of August. However we are still debating whether to stay in Torre dell'Orso itself, or in Otranto. We want to be as close to the beach as possible (and we love Torre dell'Orso beach), but at the same time having somewhere interesting to stroll in the evening, something interesting locally to explore.

We will not be driving, so may I ask if its easy to get a taxi from Otranto centre to Torre dell'Orso, and how long will it take?

And is there much to see in Torre dell'Orso itself (the village/historical sites)?
