How humid in central Europe in July?

My sister and I are going to Vienna, Prague, Budapest and Krakow in July and are wondering about the humidity. We can easily find the temperatures on the internet, but can anyone tell us how humid it's likely to be? I'm from Maryland (steamy!) and my sister's from Colorado (dry!) - which of us will feel more at home with the humidity?
