how far in advance to...

We are going to Italy at the end of June. My husband has a conference in Rome so we don't have a choice about the timing or where we'll fly into. Plan to be in Rome a few days and then spend about a week in the Naples/Amalfi Coast area.

How far in advance do we need to book
airfare?
hotels?
anything else?

I know it's peak season. Thanks.

You are much more likely to get responses if you post a more detailed title; the present one could be applied to just about anything.

Hi Jeri - Amalfi Coast hotels get booked up months in advance. You should book ASAP.

Hi J,

As noted, hotels book up quickly.

Airfares for June are about as low as they are going to get right now (barring the occasional special).

Get to work STAT.
