How easy (or difficult) is it to get from San Gimignano to Colle Val D'Elsa via bus or train?

We are looking to book an apartment in San Gimignano and know that its not TOO difficult to get there by bus from either Siena or Florence. BUT .... we will need to pick up the keys in Colle Val D'Elsa which is 14 kilometres away. Any information on how we can do this (even catching a taxi from one to the other if need be) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Helen

Hi Helen
I searched for bus routes for you. There is a bus between San G and Colle.
There are 4 buses/day. The bus stops at Piazza Arnolfo.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you which bus it is.

Hi no train station in Colle or Sangi, take the bus from Sangi to Siena via Colle.

I took bus form Siena to S.G. 2 years ago,and stopped by Colle Val D'elsa for its old town and busy weekly market. During weekdays, there are frequent buses available.
