How does Europebyair work exactly?

Hi everyone,

I am really new to europebyair and was just wondering how it works exactly. I looked everywhere on their site but didn't see how the reservation is handled/processed. Do I just get a flight coupon that I use to call the airline with or do I get an actual ticket after purchase? I just want to make sure we have a seat on the plane. Any suggestions as to how to best handle this is greatly appreciated!

Hi P,

On their website it says "For help, please call: 888 321 4737".

I have not personally used it but this may help, from the faq for europebyair, located at:

How do I receive my tickets?
Your ticket will be shipped only to the credit card billing address.

How will I know if I have a confirmed reservation and a seat assignment?
The e-mail you receive when you purchase your e-ticket includes your purchase confirmation number. This confirmation number is on record with both europebyair.com and the airline. If you have a confirmation number, your reservation is confirmed.

Do I need to enter my frequent flyer number, meal and seating preferences and other requests each time I make a reservation?
No, we can store this information for you in a personal profile. Simply click on "My Profile" and enter the information. Then next time you visit the site, all your information will be available when you sign in.

Thanks for all your responses. I booked a segment last night and they called this morning at 7am to confirm so that was good. The only weird thing is when I tried to call yesterday and the phone was always busy.

Hi palushkalita,
I live in Australia but used europebyair extensively two years ago.I suppose it works the same in the States and we were just given coupons to present at the airport counter. I was nervous about the system as you are, especially since we booked through Australia. However, we were very impressed with their system and it worked like clockwork. We travelled during the Iraqi war and they were prepared to refund our tickets if necessary. You will enjoy your travels.
