How do you spell pizza in Spanish?
 
This is an interesting article about one of Spain's more prominent chefs (El Bulli) wanting to learn how to make pizza the Italian way in order to open a pizzeria in Barcelona. Even if you're not drawn to the "controversy" this has sparked, the article mentions a couple of exceptional pizzaioli you can hunt down on your next trip to Italy.
