Hi

I use the binder idea Hightide suggested. I also use a map. I downloaded this excellent one for Madrid for eg. - http://www.frommers.com/images/desti...ttractions.jpg. On the map I number the info I need in different colours. For eg. red for dining, blue for tourist attractions, black for shopping etc. On the back of the page I list the numbers and the relevant note including the address. If this gets too messy just use a separate map for each category. Saves heaps of time and fatigue. By using this system you can take in an attraction, do lunch and shop all in proximity to each other.
