Long string here and don't know if anyone is still reading, but...<BR>For those who like Tylenol PM, you can purchase Sominex (raise your hand if you are old enough to remember the commercials). It has the exact same "sleep aid" but no acetaminaphen. I find it makes me very groggy and far prefer Ambien (5mg).

My doctor gave me what he takes--Ambien, and it was great. First time I arrived in Europe wide awake and ready to go.
