It? What do you mean by "it" says?

You have to either call the Borghese or they have a call back feature on their website. Here's the call back link, but I imagine it needs to be during their working hours. The phone number is also listed. Just click Borghese.

Just send them e-mail and ask them if you need to book the ticket in advance at all. In case not, just buy it at the entrance.

"Just send them e-mail and ask them if you need to book the ticket in advance at all."

That is not how it works. You need to call and make the reservation and then pick up the entry tickets when you arrive. There are English speaking operators and I do remember paying any fees and have used the Roma Pass for this a half dozen times.

Just now i have replied the answer ... when we were there in last October, we asked our tour operator Yatra.com to make the reservation for us. We then went to the ticket office at our reserved time and gave them our Roma Pass and they issued us our tickets. I tried going thru the website at first but when I found out our hotel/tour operator can make our reservation for us, I just went for the easy way..
This is the best possible way i can suggest!
