How are the Windstar Cruises of the Greek Isles?

My husband & I want to take a cruise of the Greek Isles in May of 2002 (celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary). The one that appeals to both of us the most is one of the 7-day Athens-to-Istanbul cruises on the Windstar line. I always wanted to sail but he doesn't want to be on a tiny sailboat (seasickness concerns). Also, the other cruise liners just seem like floating shopping malls (or Vegas casinos)to me. We just want a relaxing cruise where the locale is the feature, not the cruise activities (well, except for good food and comfortable staterooms) So--- Has anyone out there taken one of these cruises? They're pricey so I want to know if they are worth the money. Also, did they really cruise under sail part of the time or is that just hype?

Thanks

WE HAVE SAILED WINDSTAR MANY TIMES DID THE GREEK ISLANDS AND THE MED WITH THEM
OUR FAVORITE LINE,GREAT STAFF,GOOD ITINERARIES,GREAT FOOD. IF POSSIBLE TRY
TO BOOK THE SURF,ONLY ONE WITH A REAL SPA. YES YOU WILL RUN UNDER SAIL A LOT OF THE TIME AND UNDER THE STARS ON DECK AT NIGHT IS TERRIFIC.
