House switching between USA & Europe
 

I own a condo in Palm Springs that I'd like to swap on a month to month basis with people in Europe.

Does anyone know of any websites that handle & describe this.

I have not. I have a friend and a client who have swapped and both loved it. One was through an agency, the other did it with her host family from when she was an exchange student.

Both swapped cars, as well, and left them at the airport with instructions on how to find them. They would both do it again.

We signed up but conditions prevented...

Several British friends have done it and swear by it - except for one set of friends, after the American gent who borrowed their lipstick red Jag had a shunt leaving their driveway... :(
