Hotels websites
I am research hotels for trip in France. Any websites, which will be a good starting point (availability, prices, amenity, locations, etc)?
Thanks |
Hi ann,
What cities? What's your budget? ((I)) |
|
Paris
I am not sure about budget. It depends on what is available. It should not be too luxurious, but nice. |
Hi Anny11,
You really will get more help if you can narrow down your budget. You can spend $1,500 or $150 per night -- Is your budget $150-$300, $300-$500, $500 & up (per person or per room)? surely you can tell us that? s |
|
I used in 2002 www.travelnow.com and they were very good.
You can find small hotels, very nice and good, and also cheap (less than 75 Euro). |
I wish I had $1500 to spent!!
My guess is from $100 to $300 Thanks for advice! |
Hi anny11,
I really like the www.parisby.com site because it has so many pictures. You can search by district or by number of start. I do want to say that, once you pick a hotel or two, get the hotel's website and contact the hotel by e-mail -- many times you'll get a better rate. s |
You could also try:
www.activehotels.com www.francehotelreservation.com I have found both of these to offer cheaper deals on some hotels than venere.com, 123france.com and francehotelguide.com. I have booked hotels in Paris and Normandy for July through one or other of these websites. |
virtualtourist.com has a convenient multi-search through major websites i have used for comparing.
not sure about selection of french hotels . also, try www.gtahotels.com just got a great deal for a hotel in spain, not sure what other countries they work with. worth a try. |
hello there,
I highly recommand www.globalhoteldiscount.com, it is a commission-free site, they have great prices for Paris. take care, Nawar |
I booked through www.venere.com with much happiness. I also cross referenced the hotels to the rating system on www.tripadvisor.com before reserving.
