Hotels Near CDG?

Hello travelers -

I'm in search of a hotel near CDG for one night.

My husband and I (early 50s) will be traveling with our 18 yr old son and my 80 yr old mother. My son and mother would prefer their own rooms but can make a room with two beds work. Under $200 per room would be ideal, but I can go higher if they share a room.

We will be arriving via train from Amsterdam and my mother flies home to the US early the next day. We will drop her off and then head to Disneyland Paris.

We will have been in Paris prior to our Amsterdam trip so staying near the airport and just relaxing before her travel day makes the most sense.

I'm hoping for recommendations that will be comfortable, a short taxi ride away from the airport, and either have or be near a decent dinner options. I suspect my mother will be sick of walking around and want to either taxi it or be steps away from anywhere we dine.

Thanks!

We have stayed at the Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, which is adjoining the RER station and you can walk into Terminal 3, if that is any good to you. The hotel is nice but not very high-end, the price is very reasonable. There is an in-house restaurant which is good family-style dining, also not terribly expensive. TBH the rooms are not that big but you are only there for an overnight so it's tolerable. You can stay there and commute into Paris as we did, and stay overnight for an early morning at the airport - or just relax and not worry, you are there on the spot.

As it is part of the Accor chain, members do or did get a small discount when you book directly with Accor. Last time I stayed in an Accor hotel here in Australia (2021) I got a small upgrade in the room we selected. I would certainly look into membership which is free, if you are not already a member.

If that hotel isn't at the right terminal, there are other Novotels but I haven't stayed in them.

I really like Citizen M at CDG. Check it out. The 18 y o would especially like it I think -

I would stay at any of the hotels at the airport, not near. Here is the list:

We loved Citizen M too, such a cool vibe, and eating downstairs was so convenient too. Still can picture the cool shower!

Thanks all! We've decided to stay AT the airport - mom is leaving out of terminal 2 so we've picked the Sheraton.
