We'll be in Switzerland in June as well. Hotel Bellevue in Luzern, and Hotel Staubbach in Lauterbrunnen. Hotel Bellevue is a little out of town, but there's apparently a bus right in front of the door.

I also found hotels very expensive in Switzerland, I assume everything will be too!

Mike S- I'll just miss you. I leave the 17th for Zurich for my flight back to Texas on the 18th.

We stayed at the hotel Schoenegg in Wengen and loved it. The dinners were amazing as well.

I was able to get a room in Hotel Belvedere for $150/night, which includes a balcony overlooking the Jungfrau mountains. Apparently, it's one of the best rooms in the house. Sounds like a good deal to me : )
